<aside> 💡 What is the manager consolidation?
This is our second step in our Performance Cycle, following our employee's self reflection. We call this step a "consolidation" because it should be exactly that: pulling together data, feedback & insights on your report's performance over the past 6 months, and choosing the ratings that best reflect these pieces of information for both your report's performance (what they've delivered), as well as how they've shown up against our Principles of Play (how they've delivered it). Before diving into your consolidation, check out our FAQ page for detail on our ratings, here.
Remember, your direct report will receive a copy of your ratings & commentary - we recommend sharing this after the Performance Conversation so you can first talk through the themes and reasoning prior to them receiving it in written form.
