Disciplinary Procedure

We must work together as a community and individually to ensure that our behaviours reflect the aims and standards of our business. This policy helps managers to maintain satisfactory colleague behaviours whilst telling colleagues what is expected from them. It is important to us that all disciplinary matters are dealt with fairly.

This procedure should be read with the appendix which sets out examples of gross misconduct and the potential penalties for misconduct.

This procedure applies to all employees regardless of length of service. It does not apply to agency workers or self-employed workers.
